Yes, this is the color of the beautiful dragon fruit, the nutritious tropical super fruit with either white or deep pink meat inside. Instead of making a acai bowl I made a pitaya bowl… or jar instead just to brighten up the day a little bit.  I used 2 pitaya plus smoothie pack,  1 tbsp maca, 1 tsp raw honey, a splash of almond milk to mix well in the blender. Topping is the usual granola, berries, pomegranate seeds, coconut chips and one edible flower.
