If I feel a difference after eating this bowl of plant power? Yes I do!

I feel satisfied, energized and the little Bean in my belly seems very happy about it.

Superbowl, 2 servings or 1 large for yourself just cuz you’re worth it… always!

1 cup pineapple

1 cup mango

1 T maca

1 T lucuma

1 T coconut oil

2 T raw kakao

1 tsp vanilla

Almond milk to blend it smooth with.

Pour in a bowl and top it off with generous amounts of, coconut, hemp and chia seeds, bee pollen, berries and also some chunky almond butter. #strong

 

A little chia pudding to start off the day with

Breakfast in bed this morning felt nice after a fish and sushi feast last night. I didn’t eat anything raw, just to be clear :) This is a super easy pudding with almond milk, chia, cinnamon, cardamom topped with cherries ( lots at the farmers markets now), cacao nibs and coconut. Use sweetener if you want, like raw honey or so.
