I grew up in a tiny village in Sweden, surrounded by fields, farmhouses and old barns, very charming. I can see a big change from when I was a kid… there wasn’t so much to do or places to go back then. Most of these places was empty and run down. Now, there is pop-up cafes and restaurants, glass bars, small farmers markets and things, a little all over the place, all summer long. All these old farm houses and barns has so much life today and charm. I love it.
Mary’s Cafe, Organic with local ingredients… What’s better?
Great food and home baked traditional Swedish goods.
I had a delicious gazpacho with smoked fresh bay shrimps.
I have to go back there next week to try some more of their good organic food.
