Superfood pops

Satisfy your cravings for chocolate with a cooling chocolate pop this summer. But don’t settle for artificially colored and flavored sugar boms that’ll do you no good. Do-it-yourself popsicles can be a dessert-like mega treat in the sweltering summer heat, loaded with healthy things, of course! 🙂

Recipe in English from my book Hälsokick. 

6 superfood pops: 1 banana, 2 Tbsp dried mulberries, 1 cup almond or coconut milk, 1 Tbsp almond butter, 1 Tbsp raw cacao. Blend it smooth and pour into ice cream molds, stick a wooden stick in it and freeze for a few hours. Yummmmsers!

4 dl hemmagjord granola
4 dl hemmagjord kokosyoghurt (går lika bra med grekisk osötad)
2 dl färsk mango
2 kiwi
Topping: Honung och björnbär
