If I feel a difference after eating this bowl of plant power? Yes I do!

I feel satisfied, energized and the little Bean in my belly seems very happy about it.

Superbowl, 2 servings or 1 large for yourself just cuz you’re worth it… always!

1 cup pineapple

1 cup mango

1 T maca

1 T lucuma

1 T coconut oil

2 T raw kakao

1 tsp vanilla

Almond milk to blend it smooth with.

Pour in a bowl and top it off with generous amounts of, coconut, hemp and chia seeds, bee pollen, berries and also some chunky almond butter. #strong

 

I’m a sucker for bowls

What a nice superfood surprise! A Great Earth welcoming.  Try their new organic chia seeds. I had them in my breakfast bowl together with granola, flax seeds, strawberries, coconut flakes and chips and natural yogurt. Good morning and thanks Great Earth!

A lemon zesty cacao yogurt bowl

Good mooring! I woke up starving and was craving something cold and crunchy for breakfast. So I was thinking of how to pimp a plain greek yogurt? Here is what I did.

1 cup plain greek yogurt

1 tbsp raw cacao

1/2 tsp maca

some raw honey to taste

some lemon zest

Combine it all in a bowl until the powders are completely dissolved. Then I topped it with crunchy almond granola, banana, strawberries, hemp seeds and flax seeds. A lemon zesty superfood yogurt cacao bowl. Yum!
