It’s been so hot today, like tropical heat. Even though it’s been cloudy and a little rain it’s been so nice out so I decided to bring some raw avocado mousse out to the beach. These days I’m snacking my way thru the day. If I eat to much at once my rib hurts so it’s safer to eat a little here and there. 🙂 #babytakingtomuchrealestate

Avocado chocolate mousse:

2 large avocados

1/2 banana

2 T raw cacao or mor to taste

2 T coconut milk

1 T raw honey or way more if you need

A squeeze of lemon

zest from 1 lemon

A pinch himalaya pink salt

Blend or process, scoop it into two jars and top with peach, coconut and cacao nibs. YUM!
