Feel like a superfood smoothie loaded with antioxidants, protein, omegas, lauric acids, potassium and minerals, and that tastes pretty damn good? Great, try this one! 🙂

Superfood smoothie

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp coconut chips

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

2 tbsp raw cacao

1 tbsp slivered almonds

1 tsp maca

a pinch of himalaya pink salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend all this with coconut water and almond milk until the desired consistency. Today I liked mine a little thinner so I got 2 large glasses.

Oh so delicious!
