raw cacao smoothie

Guys! Here is a good one. It’s from the cacao bean all the chocolate we eat comes from. But It’s in the raw unprocessed kind all the nutrients are hiding. Raw cacao is one of the most mineral rich super foods on the planet and the antioxidant level are among the highest as well, more then blueberries and green tea. A true super food and really delicious as well. Anyway, back to the smoothie. Please, try this at home. 🙂

Raw cacao smoothie:

1 cup frozen mango/ 3 dl fryst mango

1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein / 1 skopa plant-baserat vanilj protein

4 mint leafs / 4 mynta blad

1 pinch himalayan pink salt / 1 nypa himalaya pink salt

1-2 tbs raw cacao powder / 1-2 msk raw cacao pulver

1 tsp maca powder / 1 tsk maca pulver

1 1/2 cup almond mylk or more / 4 dl mandelmjölk eller så

Topping: hemp seeds

Blend it, drink it, feel it.

Peach & ginger smoothie

peach & ginger smoothie

It’s peach season, let’s make a peach smoothie. I would chop up the peaches and keep them frozen for smoothies. It tastes better and makes it more creamy.

Peach & ginger smoothie:

2 large yellow peaches / 2 st stora gula persikor

1/2 – 1 inch ginger / 2-3 cm ingefära

1 tsp raw honey / 1 tsk rå honung

1 cup almond milk / 2 1/2 dll mandelmjölk

Boost it with 2 tsp chia or hemp seeds / boosta med 2 tsk chia eller hemp frön

Blend it until perfectly creamy and enjoy.

Berry & avocado – bär & avocado smoothie

Berry & avocado smoothie mixed with coconut water is delicious and great after a workout. The electrolytes in the coconut water helps you hydrate. For a large jar of this creamy smoothie you will need: 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries, 1 avocado, 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein and coconut water. Blend until really smooth and topp with blueberries and maybe some coconut chips if you like. Salut!

Bär & avocado smoothie mixat med kokosvatten är så gott och bra efter ett jogging pass. För en stor glasburk med den här krämiga smoothien behöver du: 3-4 dl mixade, frysta bär, 1 skopa vanilj protein pulver (helst från växtriket), späd med önskad mängd kokosvatten och mixa tills den blir slät, fin och fluffig. Toppa med blåbär och kanske lite kokos chips också. Skål!
