Guys! Here is a good one. It’s from the cacao bean all the chocolate we eat comes from. But It’s in the raw unprocessed kind all the nutrients are hiding. Raw cacao is one of the most mineral rich super foods on the planet and the antioxidant level are among the highest as well, more then blueberries and green tea. A true super food and really delicious as well. Anyway, back to the smoothie. Please, try this at home. 🙂

Raw cacao smoothie:

1 cup frozen mango/ 3 dl fryst mango

1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein / 1 skopa plant-baserat vanilj protein

4 mint leafs / 4 mynta blad

1 pinch himalayan pink salt / 1 nypa himalaya pink salt

1-2 tbs raw cacao powder / 1-2 msk raw cacao pulver

1 tsp maca powder / 1 tsk maca pulver

1 1/2 cup almond mylk or more / 4 dl mandelmjölk eller så

Topping: hemp seeds

Blend it, drink it, feel it.
