BBQ some veggies

  I’v been craving vegetables all summer so far.  I love picking up some fresh, organic veggies at the farmers market and throw them on the BBQ for dinner. Zucchini, squash, onions, red cabbage, heirloom tomatoes, garlic, green beans, snap peas… whatever looks crispy and delicious I throw on there and squeeze some lemon on top together with some fresh rosemary. I serve it with some sort of hummus, It’s pretty good.

Powder full of wellness!

Kreation is the place to go for interesting shots, creative tonics or some organic blends. I picked up a bottle of cacao wellness yesterday morning. A good blend with cacao powder, cacao nibs, chia seeds, flax seeds, vanilla powder, mesquite, plant protein, tcos (raw living source of vitamin-E), chaga “the king of herbs” ( a mushroom with amazing health benefits loaded with antioxidants) and cordyceps (another powerful mushroom that improves the health of every cell in your system) very interesting!

I mixed 2 tablespoons of cacao wellness, 1 teaspoon maca, 1/2 banana with homemade almond milk in the blender. Cheers to a fluffy chocolate drink full of wellness.

banana nutbutter toast

Good morning . For breakfast today I made a gluten free toast with roasted almond butter, banana, honey drizzle and some hemp seeds. I got inspired by G.T.A,  but instead of hemp seeds they use bee pollen AND their own home baked bread of course.
