This is the beverages from last saturdays festivities. It was the greek easter actually, so Eleni and Cecilia threw a DELICIOUS greek feast and cooked up a storm in the kitchen. Everything made tom scratch and so so good. I made a melon drink for all of us pregnant peeps and then I mixed my very first margarita… but with Elenis recipe… for the non preggos. 🙂

Simple and refreshing summer drink: 1 whole fresh watermelon, a bag of frozen strawberries mixed with some fresh mint and lime squeeze in the vitamix and then garnished with some strawberries, lime, pomegranate and ice.
And Elenis super margarita mix: 1 whole mango, about 6 pressed oranges, about 5 pressed lemons ( preferably picked straight from a tree :), 1 jalapeno and then tequila.
