Tomorrow’s schedule is Ojai. I can’t wait to cruise up there and visit the farmers market, the peaceful Meditation Mount and finally a pizza and music night at Farmer and Cook. We are going there to shoot for the cookbook… so exciting!

Jag heter Marita Karlson och bor i Venice, Kalifornien med kille, bebis och hund. Jag skriver om hälsosam och god mat, rawfood, smoothies och juicer plus en stor dos storslagen natur och beach liv. Jag bjuder på enkla recept, rapporter från hälsomeckat L.A, och mina “hidden gems” såklart. Jag har släppt två böcker, “Hälsokick” och “Superhälsa”.
