Do you eat the beet greens (rödbetsblast)? I didn’t until last year when i realized the nutritional value of these greens that usually get tossed away. How about lots of protein, fiber, antioxidants, zinc, vitamin K and B6? Sure, a great reason to keep the greens and use them for cooking. Or make crispy spicy chips. I love beet greens chips and make it every time I have fresh beets at home. I can recommend sprinkle some chili flakes all over them,  it makes them really tasty.
