Say hello to a 3 day weekend!

 The smoothie race continues. This one is for the chocolate lovers out there. I didn’t measure but it goes something like this: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 scoop plant protein (Sun Warrior vanilla), 1 tbsp flax, 1 tbsp chia, 2 tsp maca and lots of raw cacao… when you think you used enough, add some more and mix with homemade almond milk. Did I have anything else in there? Nope, don’t think so. Mix until fluffy.

It’s beautiful out. I’m sitting on the beach eating some breakfast. The waves are kinda big today. Not on this picture but Hurricane Marie brings big surf and many surfers takes the day off. It’s not everyday they get to ride these monsters. Again, I’m not referring to this picture – but I guarantee big once. Check out Laird Hamilton today in Malibu.

Acai bowls are always a great idea. I topped with some almond butter and added 1 tsp maca as well. Good energy, nutritious and delicious…. as I always say!

Catching up on some Malibu!

Catching up on some Malibu while zipping on a green smoothie. Today’s: mango, avocado, spinach, maca, cinnamon and nutmylk topped with some coconutflakes. Maybe I overdid the coconut a little. Cheers!
