Chia peach jam
Peach jam for your crackers? Here is a healthy one for you.
Chia Peach Jam
4 soft, large peaches
4 tbsp chia seeds (white is pretty)
1) Cut peaches (with skin) and place in a blender or food processor. Blend or process until pureed and smooth.
2) Pour into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds by hand.
3) Pour jam into a small jar, cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to thicken.
4) Serve on pancakes, on bread or crackers, to a fruitsalad or ice cream. The jam will last about a week in the fridge.
