The friday tradition

After a long winter break we are here again. We’re only missing one girl who is still on vacation. A short trip to the farmers market followed my frukostfika at G.T.A.

Not like Swedish blueberries… but still.

I got some celery root, parsnips, carrots and cilantro for a hot soup. And then some lemons, avo, greens, broccoli, blueberry and flowers. 🙂

Friday morning called for a chia pudding with granola and berries plus a raspberry scone at G.T.A.

I luv the Bu!

I just put 2 large bottles of green delicious juice in the fridge. Some for later and some for tomorrow. Green juice made of apples, romaine, kale, celery, cilantro and parsley and a splash of apple cider vinegar.  I like waking up to a homemade fresh juice. Anyway, here is Malibu today. A gray, rainy, windy and a pretty cozy sunday I must say.

Not so many people out at the farmers market over there. I got some greens, flowers and a raw basil pesto.

Colorful probiotic boosters lined up for you.  Looking good, I should have tried one.

After the farmers I had to pop my head in at Aviator Nation to say hi to the girls…  which you will see more of soon. 🙂

On the way up to One Gun Ranch for a quick visit.  The awesome ranch with biodynamic farming, horses, goats, alpacas, a donkey and lots of dogs. Maybe some pigs too. Wonderful place and its even pretty in mud and dark clouds.

Persimmon & pear caprese toasts, looking good!

Do yo like persimmons? They have a short season so try to snag em if you can and try to get them soft because they can take a while to ripen. They are so delicious to slice and put on a peace of toast or on a thin and crispy pizza crust.
