Kelly’s chia shop in Hawaii

That Kelly Slater is a health food advocate is no news anymore. He eats chia seeds every damn day and have been a part of Chia Pods for a while now.  No wonder he’s still our biggest pro surfers around, at the age of 40 something. 🙂

Chianola parfait.

It’s ridiculous how easy it is to make chia puddings and it goes so fast. 4 minutes to make at night and then ready and perfect in the morning. While I was waiting for the tea water to boil I poured som almond milk in a bowl, added some honey and vanilla, stirred and threw in some chia seeds, stirred again and put it in the fridge and let the seeds do it’s magic overnight. This morning I layered some pecan granola, chia pudding, blueberries, granola, chia pudding, raspberries, blueberries, hemp seeds and coconut chips. Hearty, healthy and heavenly!
