We went out to Malibu Farm in Malibu for some din din and views yesterday. We also watched the fireworks from the colony on the other side of Surfrider… 4th of July and all.

I’m at front row at the “Farm Bowl” watching the… ocean morning show? Sound cheesy? It’s true though! This IS front row. I can’t imagine any better seat in the whole city of L.A.

Quinoa bowl with coconut milk and maple and a kale and apple juice for breakfast today.  Helen makes the best quinoa bowls. You have to try it if you go here. It must be so much fun running a business with things you are so passionate about. Healthy living, good and organic food made with so much love… on the best stage in L.A. 🙂

There is a little pier shop next door where I found a fun cookbook. All the biggest surfers in the world are each sharing a good recipe. The ultimate surfers cookbook. 

Let’s see what Kelly Slater eats!  Avocado smoothie with himalayan pink salt, filtered water, vanilla and agave. Niiiice one, I have to try  it.

I walked on that stretch before breakfast. Olive loves when I take her to Malibu where she is more than welcome to hang out.
