Organic crunchy granola with coconut yoghurt

Good morning monday. I walked over to Cafe Gratitude to work a little bit over a bowl of crunchy homemade granola, coconut yoghurt, cinnamon and fruit. I prefer yoghurt made from coconuts. It tastes so fresh and living, if you know what I mean? Coconuts are one of the most nutritious foods mother nature has to offer.

Raw dinner alone

I was craving some raw food tonight. I had my mind set on this tiger roll from Euphoria. The brown wrap you see is coconut curry and inside is veggies, avocado and a raw sweet chili sauce. So delicious. I always feel great after some raw food. And then I grabbed a greenie on the go. I’m gonna sleep good tonight and wake up fresh, ready to hit the sand for a morning jog with a good podcast in my ears. Any new fun podcasts out there I can listen too?

Surf food & farm food

I’m at front row at the “Farm Bowl” watching the… ocean morning show? Sound cheesy? It’s true though! This IS front row. I can’t imagine any better seat in the whole city of L.A.

Quinoa bowl with coconut milk and maple and a kale and apple juice for breakfast today.  Helen makes the best quinoa bowls. You have to try it if you go here. It must be so much fun running a business with things you are so passionate about. Healthy living, good and organic food made with so much love… on the best stage in L.A. 🙂

There is a little pier shop next door where I found a fun cookbook. All the biggest surfers in the world are each sharing a good recipe. The ultimate surfers cookbook.

I walked on that stretch before breakfast. Olive loves when I take her to Malibu where she is more than welcome to hang out.
