I prefer raw desserts.  I think it tastes better and are usually not too sweet either, and they look really nice as well, but the best thing is that is good for you.  It IS full of nutrients after all. I’m gonna have to make this, one of these days.

Blog Society guest post

“Hello Blog Society! While Jaclyn is still getting over her jet lag I’m thrilled to be here guest posting from the other side of the world. I’m a Swede living in Venice Beach, California and since Jaclyn use to live here years ago, she asked me to share a bit of California beauty with you today so I’ve decided to show you what’s cooking in Malibu from time to time, and what my idea of a fabulous dinner can look like.”

I had the opportunity to do a guest post for this inspiring Australian blog. What could be better than share a Farm Dinner? I never get tired of these shots from the one and only Stephanie Bjelkstam. Cheers and happy friday!

Feeling inspired…

And hungry! Look at these delicious tartines. How much do we love tartines? I know, we love them very mucho.  Tartine means “a piece of bread with something on top” says the people in France. They are easy to prepare and the ideas for toppings are endless. Pick what’s in season like stone fruits or kale together with a delicious cheese or whatever you like. Anything goes on top of a crispy peace of bread.
