Say hello to a 3 day weekend!

 The smoothie race continues. This one is for the chocolate lovers out there. I didn’t measure but it goes something like this: 1 frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mango, 1 scoop plant protein (Sun Warrior vanilla), 1 tbsp flax, 1 tbsp chia, 2 tsp maca and lots of raw cacao… when you think you used enough, add some more and mix with homemade almond milk. Did I have anything else in there? Nope, don’t think so. Mix until fluffy.

Hurricane Marie swells

It was awesome to see the whole Malibu out last night to watch surfers do their tricks on those massive Hurricane-driven swells. It’s not everyday this happens and I had to get my **s over there to check it out myself. The waves kept breaking and breaking and invited for long rides with waves for everyone. #epic

Strawberry bliss

Here’s a good one for ya: 1/2 frozen banana, a large handfull fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon almond butter, 1 scoop of plant powder ( Sun Warrior vanilla) and almond milk. Delicious!
