Good bye blue waters

I’m so sorry for my absence. It’s been some hectic days over here at the food factory… 🙂  lots of exciting things are coming your way in the near future. Stay tuned. Anyway! Yesterday we were planning on shooting at one of my favorite beaches in Malibu. But almost the whole beach was covered in rocks. Still really pretty though. I’m off to Stockholm tomorrow night so I’m glad I got to soak up the sun and blue waters before headed to the colds.

A few sides

We went over to Superba Food + Bread yesterday for a snack and we had our mind set on their fantastic grain bowls but they didn’t serve it for dinner, bummer! So we went for a couple of sides instead. A couple of delicious sides. Burrata with red pepper paste on homebaked bread, broccolini with a 360 degree egg and some thick asparaus with sunflower seeds and shaved parmesan. This place is great!

All seasons has it’s own charm..

The fruit and veggies at the farmers markets are sparkling right now. I love to throw all theses colors in to a pan with some coconut oil, garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes and serve with some organic brown rice pasta. It’s so good.  The peaches is almost gone now. I snagged the very last ones that looked somewhat nice. Making my delicious peach pizza with them on a gluten free crispy crust. If i’m hungry? Yeah, I am… have to start chopping those veggies now.
