The fruit and veggies at the farmers markets are sparkling right now. I love to throw all theses colors in to a pan with some coconut oil, garlic, salt, pepper and chili flakes and serve with some organic brown rice pasta. It’s so good.  The peaches is almost gone now. I snagged the very last ones that looked somewhat nice. Making my delicious peach pizza with them on a gluten free crispy crust. If i’m hungry? Yeah, I am… have to start chopping those veggies now.
