I just made a yummy green smoothie. Here is how: Fresh and frozen pineapple, fresh spinach, raw honey, maca, almond butter and almond milk. I luv pineapple in smoothies. It’s not only loaded with healthy enzymes, it gives the smoothie a nice flavor of Aloha.  I also like to juice them to give a green juice a “not so green” taste, which can be challenging for some of us. Not much is needed to mask the greens. Pineapples are also extremely good for chocolate ice cream. I mean the good kind we make at home with coconut milk, some pineapple, raw cacao, honey and coconut flakes. How about that?
