A swedish berry smoothie for you! 1 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberries, black currants, raspberries), 1 avocado, 1 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp spirulina and oat milk. Topping: Wild strawberries. Yum!
The sunsets we have going on here is absolutely gorgeous. The sun is huge and red and drops slowly. I don’t remember any sunsets at all when I lived here in my teens. I probably didn’t care, like I do today. I love sunsets and try to watch it everyday in California.
