For the sweeds! Hälsokick release.

Hej alla härliga! Kom och hälsokicka med mig nu på lördag. Det tänkte jag göra på en urhärlig eko/hälso butik i Vasastan i Stockholm för att fira att jag just släppt bok. Jag kommer att vara där mellan 12-16 och bjuda på kombucha smoothies, Lily och Hanna’s rawfood glass och Svenska bönchips gjorda på fina ingredienser. Om någon är i stan och är ute och snurrar runt vid Vasaparken, kika gärna förbi. EkoWera, Odengatan 92. Hope to see you there 🙂

Morningshow and a delicious Acai Bowl

So, yesterday I had the pleasure to visit Tv4 morningshow. It was so much fun, exciting and it all went so fast. Tjoff,  tjoff and then I was done. I made a acai bowl, you know the delicious bowls with acai, granola and berries I eat all the time in L.A. I’m so glad you guys can get the pure here in Sweden to make your own nutritious bowls of the little super berry. Anyway… here is the link from Nyhetsmorgon.

This is a bowl of goods I got over at Macacos the other day. It tasted so good and the owners, mother and daughter has brought the best frozen organic acaipure for you, straight from the Amazon. Such inspiring people!

Chia peach jam

Peach jam for your crackers? Here is a healthy one for you.

Chia Peach Jam

 4 soft, large peaches

4 tbsp chia seeds (white is pretty)

1) Cut peaches (with skin) and place in a blender or food processor. Blend or process until pureed and smooth.

2) Pour into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds by hand.

3) Pour jam into a small jar, cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to thicken.

4) Serve on pancakes, on bread or crackers, to a fruitsalad or ice cream. The jam will last about a week in the fridge.
