1 morot
\n200 g halloumi
\n1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta, krossad
\n3 msk gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, hackad
\n3 \u00e4gg
\n2 msk potatismj\u00f6l
\n2 msk str\u00f6br\u00f6d
\n2 krm svartpeppar
\n1 krm chiliflakes (jag tog 0,5 tsk sambal oelek)
\nsalladsblad
\n1-2 avokadofrukter
\nrostat br\u00f6d\/hamburgerbr\u00f6d<\/p>\n

Mango chutney-s\u00e5s:<\/em>
\n3 msk mango chutney
\n1,5 dl matyoghurt<\/p>\n

Riv morot och halloumi, l\u00e4gg i en bunke. Tills\u00e4tt krossad vitl\u00f6k, gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, och \u00e4gg. R\u00f6r ihop. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven potatismj\u00f6l och str\u00f6br\u00f6d och blanda v\u00e4l. Krydda med svartpeppar, sambal oelek eller flakes samt ev salt (halloumin \u00e4r ganska salt i sig sj\u00e4lv). Forma till 5-6 burgare och stek i olivolja p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme cirka 2 minuter per sida.
\nBlanda ihop ingredienserna till s\u00e5sen.
