\n1 r\u00f6d paprika
\n1 brk kron\u00e4rtskockshj\u00e4rtan
\n1 msk tomatpur\u00e9
\n1 dl vitt vin
\n1\/2 g saffran
\n1 msk gr\u00f6nsaksfond
\n2,5 dl gr\u00e4dde (havregr\u00e4dde funkar ocks\u00e5 bra)
\nFinrivet skal av 1\/2 apelsin
\n1\/2 dl rostade solrosfr\u00f6n
\nolivolja
\nsalt, svartpeppar<\/p>\n

Skala och finhacka gul l\u00f6k samt vitl\u00f6k. Ansa, dela och strimla f\u00e4nk\u00e5len. K\u00e4rna ur och strimla paprikan. H\u00e4ll av och dela kron\u00e4rtskockshj\u00e4rtana i fyra delar.
\nKoka pastan.
\nFr\u00e4s l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, f\u00e4nk\u00e5l och paprika i 2 msk olja i en stekpanna ca 3 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt tomatpur\u00e9, kron\u00e4rtskocka, vin, saffran, fond och gr\u00e4dde. L\u00e5t koka ca 5 minuter.
\nKrydda med apelsinskal, salt och peppar.
\nBlanda s\u00e5sen med den kokta pastan, str\u00f6 \u00e4ven rostade solrosk\u00e4rnor och servera t ex f\u00e4rska spenatblad och\/eller ett gott lantbr\u00f6d till.<\/p>\n
