V\u00e4lj g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rska groddar och skott och toppa dina sallader med. Fulla med b\u00e4sta n\u00e4ringen och aminosyror.<\/p>\n

2 dl quinoa 2 n\u00e4var blandsallad<\/p>\n

1 n\u00e4ve socker\u00e4rtor<\/p>\n

1 n\u00e4ve rucola<\/p>\n

1 liten zucchini<\/p>\n

1 stor avokado (eller 2 sm\u00e5)<\/p>\n

3 dl olika sorters groddar (t ex mungb\u00f6ns-, alfalfa- och linsgroddar)<\/p>\n

en n\u00e4ve \u00e4rt- eller solrosskott<\/p>\n

1\/2 dl gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k<\/p>\n

1 dl rostade hasseln\u00f6tter<\/p>\n

citron- och senapsdressing:<\/p>\n

1 1\/2 dl extra virgin olivolja<\/p>\n

3 msk grovkornig senap<\/p>\n

2 1\/2 msk citronjuice<\/p>\n

salt och svartpeppar (efter behag)<\/p>\n

S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200\u00b0. Koka quinoan enligt anvisningarna p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen och l\u00e5t svalna. Sk\u00f6lj gr\u00f6nsakerna och groddarna. Sk\u00e4r bort \u00e4ndarna p\u00e5 zucchinin och hyvla l\u00e5nga remsor. Skala avokadon i t\u00e4rningar och hacka gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken. Rosta hasseln\u00f6tterna i ugnen i cirka 10\u201312 minuter tills de f\u00e5r lite f\u00e4rg. L\u00e4gg blandade salladsblad, socker\u00e4rtor, rucola och gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k i en sk\u00e5l tillsammans med quinoan.<\/p>\n

H\u00e4ll alla ingredienser till dressingen i en liten sk\u00e5l och vispa med en gaffel. Smaka av med salt och peppar. H\u00e4ll \u00f6ver h\u00e4lften av dressingen och massera in den i salladen. L\u00e4gg upp salladen p\u00e5 ett serveringsfat och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 zucchinin, g\u00e4rna som snurror. Toppa med avokado, groddar, hasseln\u00f6tter och resten av dressingen. Servera genast.<\/p>\n
