I love a full fridge

Whole Foods delivery! So convenient to shop online and get delivery 2 hours later. Now the kitchen is filled to the brim with organic smoothie ingredients, nuts, berries, coconut water, probiotics, fermented veggies, greens, veggies and pasteurized eggs.  Tonights dinner will be salmon with tons of basil, dill and lemon with brown rice tagliatelle, yumsers!

Now I’m gonna kick my feet up, read Jessica Albas book The Honest Life for the 4rth time, order my first baby bundle from Honest while downing a cold coconut Kevita. Good night!

A little chia pudding to start off the day with

Breakfast in bed this morning felt nice after a fish and sushi feast last night. I didn’t eat anything raw, just to be clear 🙂 This is a super easy pudding with almond milk, chia, cinnamon, cardamom topped with cherries ( lots at the farmers markets now), cacao nibs and coconut. Use sweetener if you want, like raw honey or so.

A good second breakfast in Santa Monica

I woke up early, made a spinach and tomato omelet, took a happy dog out for a long gloomy walk and ended up having a second breakfast. Acai bowls are always a great idea.
