The friday tradition

After a long winter break we are here again. We’re only missing one girl who is still on vacation. A short trip to the farmers market followed my frukostfika at G.T.A.

Not like Swedish blueberries… but still.

I got some celery root, parsnips, carrots and cilantro for a hot soup. And then some lemons, avo, greens, broccoli, blueberry and flowers. 🙂

Friday morning called for a chia pudding with granola and berries plus a raspberry scone at G.T.A.

Who doesn’t love sunday brunch?

I sure do, and sometimes i do it the real American way but most of the time it looks like something like this. Hearty, healthy, vegan and super delicious! But first, a roll in the sand!

We went back to The Source cafe, the pop up i told you about. Oh, how we wish they could stay longer than the 2 months,  or that they find a different location for their organic, local, healthy and amazing food.

Smoked salmon with spinach, herbs and garlic on a flax toast. Do i have to say more? And a cashew cheese, avo, parsley and radish toast. Yum Yum Yum! We will be back for more… and more! The Source cafe.

chai almond latte

I am totally obsessed with this Chai almond latte at Gjusta Bakery. It’s not only the taste itself but also the adorable ceramic cup it’s served in.

This Anna and Olive!

Anna got all crazy over the deli at Gjusta. All the salmon and trout salads and stuff and yes, its pretty dang great over there. All homemade pickled veggies, spreads and things perfect for the christmas buffe. 🙂
