Yet another perfect place to use as an office. I have my three favorites and this is one of them. Almost all alone back here for hours with a green organic juice, Olive, my laptop and then not to forget… the hippie vibe.  Peace and quiet, good organic juices and quilts high up in Topanga Canyon at Topanga Fresh Market.

We ran into one of Olives favorites. Samantha’s young boyfriend in Sex and the city.  Memba him? He gives her scratches and massages like no one else. He actually moved from Topanga down to Venice but finds himself back in Topanga all the time. He still does his yoga here… more “zen” then Venice i would think. After that I went for a drive around to check out some houses. Yum! I want them all! I will show you later. I also found the cutest plantgarden, will show you later. Topanga is fantastic.

 What’s all this? Let me tell you! It’s the best grocery store in the world, for the health minded. They make so much raw food here, macrobiotic, gluten free, non GMO, juices, smoothies, elixirs. There is a fresh fantastic salad bar and a deli with mountains of kale. They also have a tonic bar in the store where I get my Kefir Margaritas.  Holy moly… a supermegahealthy beverage with coconut kefir (homemade) tocos, which is a really good source of vitamin E, lemon juice, udo’s oil (omegas galore), filtered water, himalayan pink salt and stevia. Other than that they offer organic and local produce, amazing sushi, all health drinks you can think of and much more. It’s a true after hike hangout for the Hollywood crowd… and for me when in Hollywood. 🙂

Vad är allt detta? Well, låt mig berätta! Det är stans skönaste affär, för den hälsomedvetna. Här gör dom hur mycket rawfood som helst, microbiotic, gluten fritt, non GMO, ekologiskt, juicer, smoothies, elixirs, detox.  Där finns en  fantastisk sallad bar och deli med berg av grönkål och andra godsaker, made inhouse. Dom har även en tiptop Tonic bar där jag beställer mina Kefir Margaritas. Vad är det, tänker ni. Jo, det är deras egna hemmagjorda kokos kefir med probiotika, tocos, (raw, livin vitamin E) citron juice, udo’s oil (omega 3,6,9), filtrerat vatten, himalaya pink salt och stevia. Smakar precis som sugololäsk, minns ni dom?

Om ni kommer till L.A. så sväng förbi här. Det är alltid full rulle, mest träningsklädda hikare, filmstjärnor eller en och annan musikdirektör … som den här unga mannen som jag sprang på häromdagen. 🙂

 Erewhon  Ett ställe jag alltid stannar på när jag är i “stan”. Då köper jag med mig en raw tostada och mular i mig i bilen sen och som är helt sinnessjukt god. 

I like Toms Shoes on Abbot Kinney a lot! A great place to get some work done and down a chocolate almond milk while listening to some Marley tunes. 🙂

Alkaline water, almond, hazelnut, dates, raw cacao = unreal from Juice Served Here.  Raw fresh almond milk makes me feel so good. With cacao powder in it makes me feel even better!
