Zugo Liquitarian truck was a big surprise. An organic superfood truck, or a rolling health kitchen, or just a juicetruck with extra everything. At the Melrose Flea Market I ran into Zugo and saw that they offered nutritious and delicious drinks and treats like smoothies, juices, acai bowls, elixirs and more. Zugo truck! We went out to Point Dume this morning for a mini hike up at the bluff. Most of the yellow Daisies are dried out by now, but it’s still really pretty and fun to watch the sea lions play in the water.  Way more fun than the huge rattlesnake Marlene almost stepped on. The first rattle of the season, a big thick angry rattle, yikes!

And then… the mandatory Acai bowl at Sunlife Organics to fill up on some good antioxidants and super foods. Acai bowls are the perfect breakfast, snack, lunch or just whenever meal you feel like.

I was gonna beat the heat this morning and went out early for a beach walk. And look what I found. This little cutie was tanning on a rock making funny noises. So incredible cute, right? And then home to make  breakfast – Acai bowl: 2 pac frozen acai pure, 1 banana, blend it and top with strawberries, hemp seeds and coconut. Delicious…. and nutritious.
