Karolina wants to know how to become better at juicing, or at least not letting the juicer be on a too long absence. Here are my thoughts 🙂

1, First of all. Invest in a juicer you really like. A juicer that is easy to use and clean. Machines that are annoying to take a part will most likely be sitting in a dark cabinet collecting dust and stuff. We need things around us that we feel good about. 🙂

2, Keep the juicer on the kitchen counter at all times. If not, It’s so easy to forget all about it and be lazy. We don’t wanna be lazy, we want all the good energy juicing brings us, right!?

3, Pick one or two recipes that sounds good or that you know you like and always keep those ingredients handy. That way juicing will take NO TIME and you can do it in your sleep in the morning… most of the time.

4, The more you juice, the more you crave it, I promise. It’s like sugar… the more you eat the more your body wants it, at least for some.

5. And then… after a very short while when you’re addicted, you can start being extremely creative with all sorts of greens and veggies. It becomes FUN and you can consider yourself a pro.

This one is easy and good. 3 kale leafs and 2 apples, thats it… just juice it.

Happy Juicing!
