It looks like I have a jetlag from hell again. Well well, just eat good food, sleep and take along walks should do the trick to get back ont track again. I’m on my way out for a long walk but first some good fuel. Dad had a juice ready for me when I woke up with apple, cucumber, fennel, turmeric, ginger and carrot and I made a yogurt bowl with granola, seeds, banana and raspberry chia jam plus a peace of sourdough with egg, coconut oil and flax seeds. Good morning!
