So, a little more than two weeks have past since I planted my own little Cook’s Garden and now it’s time to harvest. I picked just enough for a salad. Curly kale, purple kale, mustard greens, lettuce, chard, arugula, basil, ginger-mint and parsley. All of it went down the salad bowl.  A little spicy and a lot of flavors going on, but I wanted a little of everything and I have to tell you, I’m a little proud too – my greens have grown so much the past weeks. 🙂
