Chiapudding:<\/strong> \/ 2 1\/2 msk<\/strong> chiafr\u00f6n \/ 1 r\u00e5gad dl<\/strong> fet, kr\u00e4mig kokosmj\u00f6lk \/ 1\/2 dl<\/strong> vatten \/\u00a01\/2 krm<\/strong> vaniljpulver \/ 1 tsk<\/strong> yaconsirap kan uteslutas<\/em><\/p>\n

Smoothie:<\/strong> \/ 1 1\/2 dl<\/strong> frysta hallon \/ 1 liten<\/strong> banan \/ ca<\/strong>\u00a02 dl<\/strong> mandelmj\u00f6lk, eller annan valfri mj\u00f6lk<\/em> \/ 1 tsk<\/strong> raw risprotein<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong> Blanda alla ingredienser till chiapuddingen i en burk. Se till att alla fr\u00f6n \u00e4r t\u00e4ckt med v\u00e4tska s\u00e5 att inga torra ligger p\u00e5 ytan. St\u00e4ll burken i kylsk\u00e5pet s\u00e5 att den f\u00e5r stagda sig och f\u00e5 en puddingliknande konsistens. Mixa sedan alla ingredienser till smoothien. Servera med valfri topping!<\/p>\n
