Recept: baka egna glutenfria skorpor med saffran<\/h2>\n

Ingredienser ca 14 st:<\/span> <\/strong>\/ 2 1\/2 dl<\/span> mandelmj\u00f6l (1 US cup) \/\u00a03 msk<\/span> kokossocker,\u00a0eller annan valfri s\u00f6tning<\/em>\/\u00a01 nypa<\/span> vanilj \/ 3\/4\u00a0msk<\/span> fiberhusk \/\u00a02 l\u00e4tt vispade<\/span> \u00e4gg \/\u00a01 knivsudd<\/span> saffran \/ 1 knivsudd\u00a0<\/span>kardemumma \/\u00a0Ca 40 g<\/span> stevia choklad, m\u00f6rk<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/span><\/strong> S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175 C. Vispa \u00e4ggen l\u00e4tt i en bunke. Blanda sedan alla torra ingredienser och vispa ner \u00e4ggen. Jag gjorde tv\u00e5 versioner, den ena med bara kardemumma och den andra med bara saffran. Av degen formar du tv\u00e5 stycken rektangul\u00e4ra plattor, ca 5-6 cm breda och 1-2 cm h\u00f6ga. L\u00e4gg dom p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med\u00a0bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Gr\u00e4dda i mitten av ugnen i 20 min. Ta ut dom och sk\u00e4r i snittar i degen, jag gjorde ca 14 st skorpor. S\u00e4ra lite p\u00e5 snittarna och s\u00e4nk ugnen till 100 C. Gr\u00e4dda ytterligare 1,5-2 timmar. Sm\u00e4lt chokladen \u00f6ver ett vattenbad och doppa skorporna i den om \u00f6nskas.<\/p>\n
