Ingredienser:<\/span> \/ 1\/2 dl<\/span> quinoa (0.2 US cup), \u00a0kokad i 2 dl vatten p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme under lock i 10-15 min<\/em> \/ 1\/2 dl<\/span> hallon (0.2 US cup \/\u00a02\u00a0msk<\/span>\u00a0chiafr\u00f6n \/ 1\u00a0dl<\/span>\u00a0mandelmj\u00f6lk (0.4 US cup),\u00a0alternativt hasseln\u00f6tsmj\u00f6lk, rismj\u00f6lk, kokosmj\u00f6lk etc. <\/em>\u00a0\/\u00a01 krm<\/span>\u00a0\u00e4kta ekologiskt vaniljpulver,\u00a0kan uteslutas<\/em>\u00a0\/\u00a01 nypa <\/span>salt \/ Valfri<\/span> topping \/ S\u00f6tning<\/span> efter behag<\/p>\n

St\u00e4ll in i kylsk\u00e5pet i n\u00e5gra timmar tills det blivit en pudding-liknande konsistens, r\u00f6r g\u00e4rna d\u00e5 och d\u00e5, du kan ocks\u00e5 g\u00f6ra det h\u00e4r p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen och l\u00e5ta det st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten. Koka quinoa p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme i 10-15 min under lock. Blanda ner hallon och chiapuddingen.
