Smeten ska inte t\u00e4cka hela v\u00e4gen upp. V\u00e4lj form s\u00e5 att minst 2 cm finns kvar till kanten f\u00f6r att br\u00f6det ska kunna sv\u00e4lla lite. H\u00e4ll i smeten och placera i mitten av ugnen i 30-40 minuter. Br\u00f6det ska ha krispig yta. L\u00e5t det svalna en stund innan du sk\u00e4r upp det.<\/p>\n Fri fr\u00e5n:<\/span> Det h\u00e4r br\u00f6det \u00e4r fritt fr\u00e5n gluten, socker, n\u00f6tter och mj\u00f6lk.
