Det f\u00f6rsta receptet jag publicerade n\u00e5gonsin h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen (f\u00f6r ungef\u00e4r 1000 inl\u00e4gg sen)<\/em> var ett recept p\u00e5 en sandwichglass! P\u00e5 den tiden var jag inte s\u00e5 haj p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r med att anteckna vad jag gjorde n\u00e4r jag lagade eller bakade, s\u00e5 jag hade inga exakta m\u00e5tt p\u00e5 den men la upp ett ungef\u00e4rligt recept \u00e4nd\u00e5. \u00c4nda sedan dess har jag t\u00e4nkt att jag vill g\u00f6ra ett nytt f\u00f6rs\u00f6k, en\u00a0uppdaterat version\u00a0baserat p\u00e5 mina kunskaper idag. H\u00e4romdagen\u00a0gjorde jag det! Jag \u00e4lskar n\u00e4r jag har s\u00e5nt flow i k\u00f6ket och bara sl\u00e4nger ihop ingredienser hit och dit och det blir s\u00e5 h\u00e4r himla, j\u00e4kla bra. N\u00e4r jag i princip dansar mellan k\u00f6ksluckorna av gl\u00e4dje, d\u00e5 \u00e4r det ett bra recept! Kr\u00e4mig, ljuvlig, lagom s\u00f6t glass med smak av vanilj mellan en h\u00e4rligt chokladig, lite l\u00e4tt tuggig och knaprig kaka. Galet god.\u00a0Enligt mitt tycke och smak, vill s\u00e4ga. Nu har jag ju byggt upp det h\u00e4r s\u00e5 mycket att det \u00e4r dags att sluta babbla\u00a0och b\u00f6rja leverera recept. Vars\u00e5goda, h\u00e4r kommer det!<\/p>\n

GLASS<\/h3>\n

4 dl fet\u00a0kokosmj\u00f6lk*
\n1 dl cashewn\u00f6tsm\u00f6r
\n1 msk kokosolja
\n1 krm \u00e4kta vanilj
\n1\/2 dl valfri s\u00f6tning, jag anv\u00e4nde honung men v\u00e4lj t.ex agave sirap f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra glassen vegansk<\/em>
\n1 msk vita chiafr\u00f6n, svarta g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 bra, kan uteslutas helt<\/em><\/p>\n

CHOKLADKAKA<\/h3>\n

2 1\/2 dl mandelmj\u00f6l
\n1 dl kokosmj\u00f6l
\n1 tsk fiberhusk
\n1 rej\u00e4l nypa salt
\n2 msk kakao<\/p>\n

70 g kokosolja (alt. sm\u00f6r eller ghee)
\n3 msk agave sirap, alt annan valfri flytande s\u00f6tning<\/em><\/p>\n

BRA ATT HA<\/h3>\n

En mixer**
\nEn glassmaskin***<\/p>\n

G\u00d6R S\u00c5 H\u00c4R<\/h3>\n

1. Sm\u00e4lt kokosoljan till glassen p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i en kastrull.
\n2. Mixa alla ingredienser till glassen i en mixer. Smaka av och s\u00f6ta eventuellt mer efter behag. K\u00f6r sedan glassen i en glassmaskin.
\n3. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 175C.
\n4. Sm\u00e4lt kokosoljan till kakan p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i en kastrull. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan f\u00f6r att svalna.
\n5. Blanda alla torra ingredienser till kakan.
\n6. Ha sedan i kokosoljan och agave sirapen. Blanda v\u00e4l, kn\u00e5da g\u00e4rna ihop den lite med h\u00e4nderna.
\n7. Kavla ut degen mellan tv\u00e5 bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Det ska inte vara supertunt utan se till att du har n\u00e5gra mm h\u00f6jd, se mina bilder f\u00f6r riktlinje. Sk\u00e4r med hj\u00e4lp av en vass kniv ut rektangul\u00e4ra bitar, jag gjorde 14 st bitar.
\n8. Gr\u00e4dda i 10-15 min i mitten av ugnen. H\u00e5ll koll s\u00e5 att den inte br\u00e4nns och inte blir f\u00f6r krispig, kakan ska ha kvar lite mjukhet n\u00e4r du tar ut den. Den kommer stelna till sig n\u00e4r den svalnar och det \u00e4r bara bra om den har lite ”tuggighet” och mjukhet kvar. L\u00e5t svalna helt p\u00e5 galler innan du lyfter bort dom fr\u00e5n pappret.
\n9. N\u00e4r glassen blivit tjock och kr\u00e4mig och lite l\u00e4tt fryst i glassmaskinen \u00e4r det dags att l\u00e4gga den mellan kakorna. Ta en sm\u00f6rkniv eller liknande och smeta p\u00e5 glassen p\u00e5 en kaka, l\u00e4gg en kaka ovanp\u00e5 och tryck till lite l\u00e4tt. J\u00e4mna eventuellt till kanterna. Repetera tills du gjort s\u00e5 med alla kakorna. St\u00e4ll in i frysen tills dom satt sig. Ta g\u00e4rna fram en stund innan servering s\u00e5 dom f\u00e5r mjukna lite, det g\u00f6r att glassen b\u00e5de blir godare och l\u00e4ttare att \u00e4ta.<\/p>\n

*Fet kokosmj\u00f6lk \u00e4r det \u00f6versta lagret i konserver med kokosmj\u00f6lk, anv\u00e4nd ej vattnet. Det finns ocks\u00e5 tetror med fet kokosmj\u00f6lk, t.ex fr\u00e5n Santa Maria och Garant, d\u00e4r kan du anv\u00e4nda hela inneh\u00e5llet d\u00e5 det \u00e4r s\u00e5 liten del vatten att det inte g\u00f6r n\u00e5got f\u00f6r den h\u00e4r glassen.
\n**Om du inte har en mixer kan du ocks\u00e5 blanda\/vispa noga f\u00f6r hand. Det blir om inte annan en bra armtr\u00e4ning! Du kan ocks\u00e5 anv\u00e4nda en elvisp eller stavmixer, t.ex.\u00a0<\/em>
\n***En glassmaskin \u00e4r inget m\u00e5ste, men det underl\u00e4ttar. Det finns j\u00e4ttebilliga och bra s\u00e5dana lite \u00f6verallt. Jag k\u00f6pte min p\u00e5 en loppis f\u00f6r typ 40 sp\u00e4nn och den rymmer 1 liter glass. Om du inte har en glassmaskin tar du ut glassen d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 ur frysen och r\u00f6r om.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

ENGLISH RECIPE<\/h1>\n

I did 7 ice creams out of this recipe<\/em><\/p>\n

ICE CREAM<\/h3>\n

4 dl fat coconut milk*
\n1 dl cashewnut butter
\n1 tbs melted coconut oil
\n1 pinch real vanilla been seed powder
\n1\/2 dl liquid sweetener of your choise, I used honey but you can use agave syrup to make it vegan<\/em>
\n1 tbs white chia seeds, can be left out, black chia seeds works to<\/em><\/p>\n

CHOCOLATE COOKIE<\/h3>\n

2 1\/2 dl almond flour
\n1 dl coocnut flour
\n1 tsp\u00a0psylium seed husk, you can use ground flaxseeds to<\/em>
\n1 big pinch sea salt
\n2 tbs cacao powder<\/p>\n

70g\u00a0coconut oil
\n3 tbs agave syrup,\u00a0or other liquid sweetener of your choice<\/em><\/p>\n

EQUIPMENT<\/h3>\n

Blender**
\nIce cream machine***<\/p>\n

HOW TO<\/h3>\n

1. Melt the coconut oil for the ice cream on low heat in a saucepan.
\n2. Mix all ingredients to the ice cream in a blender. Taste it and add more sweetener if needed. Then run the ice cream in an ice cream machine.
\n3. Set the oven on\u00a0175C.
\n4. Melt the coconut oil for the cookie on low heat n a saucepan. Set aside to cool.
\n5. Mix all dry ingredients for the chocolate cookie in a mixing bowl.
\n6. Add the coconut oil and the agave syrup to the dry ingredients and mix well. Feel free to\u00a0use\u00a0your hands!
\n7. Roll out the dough between two baking sheets. Not super thin, make sure that you have a few mm height, see my photos above\u00a0for a\u00a0guideline. With a sharp knife, cut out rectangular pieces, I made 14 pieces pieces.
\n8. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the center of the oven. Keep an eye on it\u00a0so that it does’nt burn and does’nt get too crunchy. The cake shall have a\u00a0little softness when you take it out. It will be more crunchy\u00a0when it cools down and it is only good if it has some ”chewiness” and softness left when you take it out. Let it cool completely on a wire rack before lifting the cakes\u00a0away from the paper.
\n9. When the ice cream has become thick and creamy and lightly frozen in the ice cream machine it’s time to put it between the chocolate cookies. Take a butter knife or a similar tool and smear of ice cream on the\u00a0cake, put another cake on top and press down lightly. Even the edges if you want to. Repeat until you have done that with all the cookies. Set in the freezer. Take out a while before serving so they can soften a bit, it makes the ice cream both tastier and easier to eat.<\/p>\n

*Fat\u00a0coconut milk is the top layer of canned coconut milk, do not use the water. There are also tetras with fatty coconut milk, many of these only contains fat coocnut milk and minimum amount of wather, if you got on of these you can use the whole\u00a0content of the tetra.<\/em><\/p>\n

**If you don’t have a blender, you can also mix \/ whisk thoroughly by hand. You can also use an electric mixer or hand blender, eg.<\/em><\/p>\n

***An ice cream machine\u00a0is not a must, but it helps. If you do not have an ice cream machine,\u00a0take out the ice cream from the freezer\u00a0now and then and stir.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
