Blanda mj\u00f6lerna med fiberhusken och bakpulvret. Kn\u00e5da ihop till en j\u00e4mn smet tillsammans med sm\u00f6rblandningen. L\u00e5t smeten st\u00e5 i 5-10 min. L\u00e4gg \u00e4pplen i sm\u00e5 pajformar smorda med mer sm\u00f6r eller kokosolja. Pudra \u00f6ver kanel, kardemumma och vanilj. Tryck ut ett t\u00e4cke av smeten \u00f6ver \u00e4pplena. Gr\u00e4dda i ca 20-25 min, h\u00e5ll koll efter 15-17 minuter.
