Wrap 1 st<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1 msk<\/strong>\u00a0skalade sesamfr\u00f6n (0.4 US cup)<\/em> \/ 1\/4 dl<\/strong>\u00a0quinoamj\u00f6l, alt. bovetemj\u00f6l, mandelmj\u00f6l etc<\/em>.\u00a0<\/em>\/ 3\/4\u00a0ms<\/strong>k fiberhusk \/ 1\/2 tsk<\/strong> bakpulver \/ 1<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e4gg \/ 3\/4\u00a0dl<\/strong> mandelmj\u00f6lk, eller annan valfri mj\u00f6lk\u00a0(0.4 US cup)\u00a0<\/em><\/em>\/ 1\/2 krm<\/strong> gurkmeja, kan uteslutas men ger fin f\u00e4rg och har finfina l\u00e4kande effekter<\/em> \/ 1\/2 krm<\/strong>\u00a0\u00f6rtsalt<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:\u00a0<\/strong>S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 225 C. Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en bunke. Vispa sedan ner mj\u00f6lk och \u00e4gg. Bred ut smeten p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper, ca 20×20 cm. S\u00e4tt in i mitten av ugnen och gr\u00e4dda i ca 7 minuter. H\u00e5ll utkik, den ska vara gyllene men inte krispig.<\/p>\n

Falafel 6 st<\/strong><\/h2>\n

G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/strong> Mixa alla ingredienser i en bunke. Hetta upp en stekpanna med lite kokosolja i botten. H\u00e4ll upp sesam fr\u00f6n p\u00e5 ett fat, fukta h\u00e4nderna i lite kallt vatten och rulla bollar som paneras med sesamfr\u00f6n. Stek p\u00e5 medelv\u00e4rme n\u00e5gra minuter tills bollarna har en gyllene krispig yta.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5s<\/strong><\/h2>\n

H\u00f6ftade p\u00e5 f\u00f6ljande ingredienser:<\/strong> kokosmj\u00f6lk \/ tomatpure \/ en gnutta honung \/ \u00f6rtsalt \/ cayennepeppar \/ vitl\u00f6kspulver<\/p>\n
