Nu \u00e4r det h\u00f6st p\u00e5 riktigt och det \u00e4r inte varje morgon man l\u00e4ngtar efter en is kall smoothie. Jag gillar \u00e4nd\u00e5 att \u00e4ta sk\u00e5larna eller glasen med v\u00e4xt baserade kombos men jag l\u00e4gger till lite extra fett och varma h\u00e4rliga kryddor.<\/p>\n

Kokosolja, kanel, kardemumma,ingef\u00e4ra och gurkmeja. Anv\u00e4nder mandelmj\u00f6lk ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r vatten n\u00e4r jag mixar.<\/p>\n

3 bra extra kombos att addera till din smoothie sk\u00e5l.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/p>\n

Varm mandelmj\u00f6lk med gurkmeja, jag delade med mig ett recept f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra veckor sen. Alla recept l\u00e4nkar finns nedanf\u00f6r.<\/p>\n

2.<\/p>\n

Sesam kr\u00e4m med kanel och kardemumma, en extra klick kokosolja och banan \u00e4r en annan favorit. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Ibland anv\u00e4nder jag svarta sesamfr\u00f6n och ibland vita.<\/p>\n

3.<\/p>\n

Bovete kr\u00e4m \u00e4r den jag g\u00f6r mest just nu. Jag groddar 10 dl hela bovete korn och anv\u00e4nder en del till kr\u00e4men, torkar det andra till crunchig topping som jag anv\u00e4nder i desserter, sallader eller frukostar.<\/p>\n

I veckan gjorde jag en kombo med hallon en del smoothie och en del bovete yoghurt. Bra med lite extra probiotika s\u00e5na h\u00e4r tider!<\/p>\n

Till yoghurt basen beh\u00f6ver du:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

5 dl groddat bovete<\/p>\n

2 tsk vanilj<\/p>\n

citron zest fr\u00e5n 1 citron<\/p>\n

1 kapsel probiotica eller 2 msk pulver<\/p>\n

3 msk dadelpasta<\/p>\n

Mixa allt med ca 7-8 dl vatten, f\u00f6r extra kr\u00e4m anv\u00e4nd bovete eller mandelmj\u00f6lk. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i minst 24 h n\u00e5gonstans m\u00f6rkt och i rumstemperatur.<\/p>\n

Kyl sen innan du ska \u00e4ta den. H\u00e5ller i ca 4 dagar.<\/p>\n

It\u00b4s fall for real now and you might not really feel like a cold smoothie in the mornings. I still eat my bowls and psychedelic glasses but add extra coconut oil and spices that make you feel warm. Cinnamon, cardamon, ginger and turmeric. <\/em>
\nAlso I use almond milk instead of water as a liquid when mixing.<\/em><\/p>\n

3 good combos to your add to your smoothie bowl.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

1.<\/em><\/p>\n

Almond milk with tumeric and black pepper, all links to these recipes can be found below.<\/em><\/p>\n

2.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sesame cream with cinnamon or cardamon. Add 1 tbs extra coconut oil. Sometimes I use white seeds and sometimes black.<\/em><\/p>\n

3.<\/em><\/p>\n

Buckwheat cream is my favourite at the moment. Filling and filled with protein. I sprout 10 dl at a time and take part of it to mix till creamy. The rest i dehydrate and use as toppings for the bowls, salads or desserts.<\/em><\/p>\n

I made a really nice buckwheat yoghurt this week.<\/em><\/p>\n

5 dl sprouted buckwheat<\/em><\/p>\n

2 tsp vanila<\/em><\/p>\n

citron zest from 1 lemon<\/em><\/p>\n

1 capsule of probiotika or 2 tbs of powder<\/em><\/p>\n

3\u00a0tbs datepaste<\/em><\/p>\n

Mix everything with 7-8 dl of water, or buckwheat or almond milk. Let it sitt in a dark place, room temp for at least 24h. Chill it before serving. It will keep fresh for about 4 days.<\/em><\/p>\n
