I helgen hade vi m\u00f6te med alla som skriver och jobbar p\u00e5 Naturligt Snygg. Jag fick i uppgift av Hanna v\u00e5ran redakt\u00f6r att skapa recept av “it” gr\u00f6nsaken k\u00e5lrabbi.<\/p>\n

Jag \u00e4lskar att r\u00f6ka k\u00e5lrabbin p\u00e5 \u00f6ppen eld men f\u00f6rst\u00e5r att det kan vara lite sv\u00e5rt i det svenska hush\u00e5llet. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blev f\u00f6rsta receptet en enkel sallad med asiatisk touch.<\/p>\n

Sk\u00f6lj och skala de gr\u00f6vsta delarna. Hyvla tunna skivor p\u00e5 en mandolin eller strimla dem tunt. Till den h\u00e4r salladen finhackade jag gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k, hyvlade gurka och plockade de blommor jag ville dekorera med fr\u00e5n blomrabatten p\u00e5 balkongen.<\/p>\n

Jag delade en mogen mango p\u00e5 h\u00e4lften. En del till s\u00e5sen och en del att hacka upp med en tumnagel f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra. \u00c4ven denna fr\u00e5n balkongen.<\/p>\n

Till s\u00e5sen beh\u00f6ver du:<\/p>\n

1\/2 mango<\/p>\n

1 msk sesamolja<\/p>\n

2 tsk chili pasta<\/p>\n

1\/2 tsk gurkmeja pulver<\/p>\n

1\/2 tsk cayenne peppar<\/p>\n

1 tsk tajine krydda<\/p>\n

2 msk vatten<\/p>\n

Mixa allt tills det blir en sl\u00e4t s\u00e5s. L\u00e4gg den strimlade k\u00e5lrabbin i mitten av en sk\u00e5l. Dekorera sk\u00e5lens kant med den hyvlade gurkan, l\u00e4ngst ner l\u00e4gger du mango salsan, addera gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken, blommorna, lite rostade sesamfr\u00f6n och nigella fr\u00f6n. Allra sist h\u00e4ller du p\u00e5 s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n

I detta recept finns inget gluten<\/strong> och ingen laktos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This weekend my editor here at Naturligt Snygg told me to create recpies out of the it vegetable kohlrabbi.<\/strong>
\nMy favorite way to prepare this root is by smoking it but I get that this can be both difficult and even hazardous in a home kitchen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Instead I made this little salad with an asian touch. When it gets chillier and I make salads I like to spice them up with asian spices such as curry, chili, kummin, saffron, cinnamon and more.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For this salad you need one kohlrabbi. <\/strong>
\nCut of the roughest parts and then shred it in thin sticks. Chop up some chives.<\/strong>
\nSlice one smal cucumber, take half a mango for the salad and save the other half for the sauce. I used some fresh ginger in my mango salsa today.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the sauce you will need:<\/em><\/p>\n

1\/2 mango<\/em><\/p>\n

1 tbs sesamoil<\/em><\/p>\n

2 tsb chili paste<\/em><\/p>\n

1\/2 tsp turmeric<\/em><\/p>\n

1\/2 tsb cayenne pepper<\/em><\/p>\n

1 tsb tajine spice<\/em><\/p>\n

2 tbs water<\/em><\/p>\n

Mix everything until smooth. Place the kohlrabbi in the middle of a bowl. Decorate the sides with the cucumber and mango salsa. Sprinkel the chives, toasted sesame seeds, nigella seeds and flowers over the top.<\/em>
\nAdd the sauce and enjoy with your mouth and eyes.<\/em><\/p>\n
