Socca v\u00e5fflan<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n 2 dl kik\u00e4rts mj\u00f6l<\/p>\n 1 \u00e4gg eller ca 1 dl chia fr\u00f6n<\/p>\n 2.5 dl vatten<\/p>\n 1 tsk salt<\/p>\n 3 msk valfri kallpressad olja<\/p>\n Om du anv\u00e4nder chia fr\u00f6n maler du dem innan du blandar dem med mj\u00f6let. Blanda alla torra ingredienser i en sk\u00e5l. Tills\u00e4tt sen vatten och olja.<\/p>\n Sm\u00f6rj v\u00e5ffelj\u00e4rnet och gr\u00e4dda.<\/p>\n Gott till socca v\u00e5fflan \u00e4r tomat salsa och harissa.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Socca waffle<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n 2 dl of chickpea flour<\/em><\/p>\n 1 egg or 1 dl of chia seeds<\/em><\/p>\n 2.5 dl water<\/em><\/p>\n 1 tsp salt<\/em><\/p>\n 3 tbs coldpressed oil of your choice<\/em><\/p>\n If you choose the vegan version with chia seeds ground them into a flour before you mix all the dry ingredients. Then you add the water and oil. Oil the waffle iron and then your ready to go. Try harissa and a tomato salsa as topping.<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
