Tomat s\u00e5s.<\/p>\n

2 dl soltorkade tomater<\/p>\n

Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg solisarna i egen pressad tomat juice f\u00f6r extra saft. Jag undviker numera vatten i vissa bl\u00f6tl\u00e4ggningar f\u00f6r att det just blir s\u00e5 vattnigt. N\u00f6t mj\u00f6lk eller r\u00e5 juice \u00e4r att f\u00f6rdra.<\/p>\n

L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i minst 12h och mixa grovt. Jag gillar chunky s\u00e5s till lasangen d\u00e5 slipper man n\u00f6tter som g\u00e4rna \u00f6verdoseras.<\/p>\n

N\u00f6ts\u00e5s.<\/p>\n

Bl\u00f6tlagda och aktiverade cashewn\u00f6tter ca 2 dl. Aktiverade menas att de f\u00e5r torka efter det bl\u00f6tlagts ibland med smak och ibland naturella.<\/p>\n

Jag har varken kombucha eller n\u00e4ringsj\u00e4st s\u00e5 f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till den ostiga smaken samt bakterie floran labbar jag med rejuvelac. Mer om detta i senare inl\u00e4gg…..<\/p>\n

Jag anv\u00e4nde ca 1 dl rejuvelac i den h\u00e4r s\u00e5sen.<\/p>\n

1 klyfta vitl\u00f6k.<\/p>\n

1 stor n\u00e4stan \u00f6vermogen avokado.<\/p>\n

1 dl egen pressad gulbets juice. ( s\u00f6tman )<\/p>\n

1 citron till juicen och anv\u00e4nd zesten n\u00e4r du mixar allt.<\/p>\n

Pressa juicen och mixa sen allt ihop tills kr\u00e4migt. Har du en handmixer mixa lite \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n

Hyvla zuccini till platorna och l\u00e4gg i iskallt vatten f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 tillbaka sp\u00e4nsten. Jag tog 2 f\u00e4rger p\u00e5 zuccinin gul och ljus gr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n

Jag har torkat stora tomater i v\u00e5ran egen olivolja och rosmarin i ugnen p\u00e5 40 grader hela dagen.<\/p>\n

Nu varvar jag dessa mellan zuccini platorna, n\u00f6t s\u00e5sen, tomat f\u00e4rsen, sallad och basilika.<\/p>\n

Tomato sauce.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

2 dl dried tomatoes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Soak the tomatos in homepressed tomato juice. <\/span>I avoid to soak in water and prefare n<\/span>ut milk or raw juice. This makes the result less watery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let it stand for at least 12h and then mix roughly. <\/span>I like the sauce chunky and you can skip the nuts. I find we ovedose on nuts when making plant based meals.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nut sauce.<\/span><\/p>\n

Soaked and activate 2 dl of cashews. <\/span>Activated means that they are dried after the soaking. You can dry them with flavoring or natural.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have neither kombucha or nutritional yeast here so to get to the cheesy flavor and bacterial flora I used rejuvelac. <\/span>More on this in later posts .<\/span><\/p>\n

I used about 1 dl rejuvelac in this sauce.<\/span><\/p>\n

1 clove of garlic.<\/span><\/p>\n

1 large almost ripe avocado.<\/span><\/p>\n

1 dl of homepressed yellow beet juice. <\/span>(Sweetness)<\/span><\/p>\n

1 lemon for the juice above and zest when you mix it all togheter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Squeeze the juice and mix with the rest of the ingredients until creamy. <\/span>Do you have a hand blender mix a little bit at a time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mandolin zucchini and place in ice water to bring back the crisp. <\/span>I used <\/span>2 colors of zuccinin yellow and light green here.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I have dried large tomatoes in our own olive oil and rosemary in the oven at 40 degrees throughout the day.<\/span><\/p>\n

I placed them inbetween the zuccini, nutcheese, tomato sauce, lettuce and basil.<\/span><\/p>\n
